Sponsorship of Ellen Judith Müller, student of Applied Arts

Ellen Judith Mueller, student at school for Applied Arts in Schneeberg, took knitting technologies to the next level. We supported her in exploring the boundaries of flat knitting.
According to the young artist, she was inspired by the limitless possibilities of knitting technologies and aimed at providing some insights into the potentials of different manufacturing processes like 3D-technologies. Additionally applied plastic elements and the use of virtual prototypes allowed her to create some stunning high-tech designs.
