Design project together with students from Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp
Linus Leonardsson and Sam Slegers were rewarded for the most creative work with our Merino yarns in this year‘s Graduation show of the Royal Academy of fine Arts in Antwerp that we sponsored together with The Woolmark Company. We invited these creative minds to our headquarters in Germany for more yarn insights, but the icing on the cake was the visit of knitwear manufacturer ‚Peterseim Strickwaren‘ to work on new styles supported by New York fashion designer Karim Guest!
We are always happy to promote Merino as versatile natural fibre among those youngsters. It was also fascinating to accompany Linus and Sam during the whole designing process. So, let’s inspire each other – to understand each other‘s needs and to enhance collaboration along the supply chain!
