Carl Blum House is a nursing home for elderly people in Kaliningrad, Russia.
Due to the severe poverty Quote in this region, there is an urgent need for supporting elderly people.
Since its foundation in 2006, we have supported Carl Bluhm House so the number of nurses and residents could be increased and building improvements could be undertaken.
