Please be informed that EKO GROUP Ltd. has the following investment proposal:<\/p>\n
New aboveground water tanks for firefighting needs (complex supply) and a pumping station to the “Bullsafil” spinning factory located in LP \/land plot\/ 66915.28.110 ZLP I -110 industrial activity, quadrant 28, in the village of Skutare, Maritsa Municipality”<\/p>\n
The tanks are two in number each with a capacity of 700 cubic meters and will serve the existing factory by providing water quantities for internal and external fire fighting. The volumes of the tanks are in line with the current building and facilities and with future investment intentions to modernise the building. No blasting works will be carried out. The tanks shall be supplied with a complete delivery and shall be metal, modular cylindrical tanks installed above ground on a reinforced concrete foundation.<\/p>\n
The tanks are designed with a self-supporting roof made of sandwich panels with thermal insulation, mounted on a structure of galvanized steel beams. A pump house is projected adjacent to the tanks to support the operation of the tanks. The built-up area of the tanks and the pump building is 292 m2 .<\/p>\n
The investment project will be implemented in land plot 66915.28.110 ZLP I-110 industrial activity, quadrant 28, in the village of Skutare, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The property does not fall within and does not affect any protected areas and protected zones under Natura 2000, as the nearest element of the National Ecological Network (NEN) is a protected area under the Habitats Directive – the Maritsa river with code BG0000578, which is located approximately 1500m to the northwest. There are no sites subject to health protection or conservation areas in the vicinity of the site.<\/p>\n
