Südwolle Group has become bluesign® System Partner in June 2011

We are proud to announce that Südwolle Group has become a bluesign® System Partner with all its brands. The bluesign® certified products/product lines, have been manufactured at inspected production sites lines and comply with all aspects of the bluesign® standard. For these products only approved processes and technologies (components, materials and additives etc.) are used. The certification further confirms, that “all products are of top quality” (Information on which products or product lines are certified is given for each Südwolle Group brand independently).

The bluesign® standard is a comprehensive Input-Stream-Management-System that covers all "Environment, Health & Safety" (EHS) issues of the textile manufacturing chain. It includes several tools that allow mastering this complex task. Economic aspects are covered by a system allowing a resource analysis which shows the potential cost and resource savings in comparison to the "Best Available Technology".
 
The bluesign® standard meets all common standards worldwide and typically goes beyond their requirements in terms of resource management. In addition, working in compliance with the bluesign® standard leads to fulfilling various accepted “Restricted Substance Lists” (RSLs).
